Prosciuttificio Bagatto the late ‘50s, the Bagatto family has been adopting the same craft techniques to produce its cured hams, in one of the smallest ham factories in the area.
The company, now in its third generation, selects and hand-cures the choicest pork legs from pigs reared exclusively in Italy.
As well as guided visits around the ham factory, visitors can sample our charcouterie and other typical local products in the adjacent tasting room-sales outlet, but you can also our products on our website from the comfort of your own home.
